Just, Inclusive & Sustainable Development
For over 30 years, Pradeepan has been working with tribal, Dalit, and marginalized communities across 475 villages in Madhya Pradesh — championing gender justice, child rights, and environmental sustainability.
Empowering Communities, Transforming Lives
Pradeepan is a Dalit women-led, non-profit organization founded in 1995 in Betul district, Madhya Pradesh. We work on the values of gender justice, social equality, and human rights — directly engaging with tribal, Dalit, and marginalized communities.
Our approach is participatory, community-led, and rights-based. Over three decades, we have addressed interconnected challenges of poverty, malnutrition, illiteracy, social discrimination, environmental degradation, and climate change.
